Insurance Plans We Accept
Linda’s Healing Hands proudly partners with several major insurance providers to make care accessible and affordable.

If your insurance is not listed, please contact our office for out-of-network benefits or private pay options.
Our team is happy to verify your benefits before your appointment.
Office Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation Information
Payment
Your payment method on file will be processed prior to your appointment, and all fees are due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH Debit.
Tricare is out of network, but a superbill can be provided upon request.
Scheduling
If you are using in-network insurance, select an appointment time through our online booking system or call our office directly. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a link to set up your patient portal and complete required intake forms before your visit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.
Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $75 fee.

Scheduling
For clients using in-network insurance, simply click the “Book an Appointment” button to choose the date and time that works best for you. You’re also welcome to call the office directly to schedule.After your appointment is booked, you’ll receive an email inviting you to your patient portal. Be sure to complete all required intake forms in the portal at least 24 hours before your visit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please contact the office by phone, email, or through the patient portal at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another client.Please keep in mind that insurance does not cover fees for missed appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $75 charge.
